A serial businessman since the age of 15, Avadh is is the anti-thesis of your garden-variety marketing guy. His experience as a small business owner means he knows the struggles and limitations faced by business owners at every stage of operations, and understands the every-day decisions and choices you, as a small business owner, have to make.
He is the conceptualizing force behind The Funky Munky Agency's efforts to "cut out the noise" and simplify marketing for small businesses.

Mateo Delaguila is a graduate from The University of Texas. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs he has always had one goal in my life, to start my own business! Now as an adult, he gets to say he has made that dream come true. As a student in college, he made it his mission to help out other students who were struggling financially by providing them with the opportunity to freelance. He also got to do this while developing his professional career at the same time. His background in selling B2B SaaS products has helped him tremendously and overall has attributed to his dedication and goals as an entrepreneur. What he loves more than anything is to help connect those in need with solutions that can solve their pain points.

Born and raised in Texas, Carl brings passion to wherever everything he takes a shot at. He prides himself in being a Jack of all trades - which is not to say he is a master at none, because Carl is the king of customer experience!
Carl's approach to his work is customer-centric and he will go above and beyond what is required of him to make sure that the needs of your business are not only met, but met quickly, efficiently and at the lowest possible cost.
In his spare time Carl enjoys spending countless hours fishing and hiking - and when that Texas heat is turned on, he stays in with his beloved Xbox.
